Return and Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
- A 75% refund will be issued for orders that have not yet been shipped
- The remaining 25% will be retained as a processing fee
- Once an order has shipped, no refunds will be provided
- All sales are final once the product has been shipped
Returns
- We do not accept product returns
- Products cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances
- Firmware is ineligible for a refund. Buy at your own disclosure.
Defective Items
- If you receive a defective item, replacement parts may be provided under the following conditions:
- The defect must be reported within 3 days of delivery
- Substantial evidence of the defect must be provided
- Documentation may include:
- Clear photographs of the defective parts
- Video evidence of the malfunction
- Detailed description of the issue
How to Report an Issue
- Join our Discord server at discord.gg/piratecs
- Navigate to the #tickets channel
- Create a support ticket using the designated ticket system
- In your ticket, provide:
- Your order number
- Detailed evidence of the defect
- Photos or videos demonstrating the issue
- Our support team will review your case and determine how to remedy the situation
OR alternatively open a ticket using our website's Ticket system and describe your issue.
Additional Support Information
- All support requests must be initiated through our Discord server or through our website's ticket system.
- Keep all communication regarding your support ticket within the designated ticket
- Do not create multiple tickets for the same issue
